Sobald deine Bestellung versendet wurde, bekommst du von uns eine Email mit der Sendungsverfolung.

RETOURE
Der Umtausch von bestellter Ware ist innerhalb von 14 Tagen nach Erhalt möglich. Bitte beachte, dass wir als kleines Label das Rücksendeporto nicht übernehmen können.
Bitte druck das Widerrufsformular aus und leg es ausgefüllt mit ins Paket. Wir empfehlen, die Waren als versichertes Paket an uns zurück zu schicken und die Quittung des Paketdienstes mit allen Sendungsinformationen bis nach Abschluss der Retoure aufzubewahren, da wir die Kosten für verloren gegangene Pakete nicht übernehmen können.
Wir erstatten dir den Preis der zurückgesendeten Ware auf dasselbe Zahlungsmittel, dass du bei der Bestellung eingesetzt hast.

Since we are a small label, we can currently only accept pre-orders in our store and therefore cannot guarantee an exact delivery time. We do our best to make sure you get your package as soon as possible.
As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive an email from us with the shipment tracking.

RETOURE
The exchange of ordered goods is possible within 14 days after receipt. Please note that as a small label we cannot cover the return postage.
Please print out the cancellation form and enclose it filled out in the package. We recommend that you send the goods back to us as an insured parcel and keep the receipt from the parcel service with all the shipment information until after the return has been completed, as we cannot cover the cost of lost parcels.
We will refund the price of the returned goods to the same method of payment that you used to place the order.
